Very Special Ladies

The most Special Lady is seated in front. She is the Matriarch of our family. Her name is Verna L. Threadgill Welcher-Johnson. She my Grandmother and a GRAND LADY she is to me. I know how blessed I am to have this wonderful lady in my life. My Grandmother is a precious person to me as well as my friend. I could sit for hours talking to her, she is so wise. I can talk to her about anything, no matter what it is, she always listens.

The three lovely ladies behind her are her daughters (my aunts). They are (L-R) Shirley,Clarice and Dorothy.
